Shipping Info
Your finished Jewel is shipped by Priority courier, UPS, FedEx or an equivalent service. Your delivery is tracked to your door. For security reasons, we can only ship to your home or work address. we are unable to ship to third parties. I supply tracking info to allow you to follow delivery progress.
We require that an adult signature is provided. If you are not there to sign for the package the drivers will retain the package and attempt to re-deliver later. UPS may take the package to the local secure location, often a UPS Store. You can pick up the package there by showing ID. We do not allow the package to be diverted to a new location. This is to protect us and yourself from possible fraud.
If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. Important: save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
Payment Info
We accept payment via Paypal or equivalent payment service. Payment by wire transfer or ACH can be made to our US-based account. Orders may be paid in full at time of placing the order. Custom orders may split payment into 2 or 3 payments. These are agreed in advance between both parties.
After placing an order you do have a 7 day period where you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this period the order is considered to be confirmed. No refunds are allowed after this initial 7 days.
